Are my videos or photos uploaded anywhere?
No. All video and photo processing happens entirely in your browser using ffmpeg.wasm. Nothing is sent to any server. The only network call is for AI caption generation, which sends only your text description — never your media files.
Why does the first export take longer?
On first use, the browser downloads the ffmpeg video engine (~15MB). This is cached automatically and subsequent exports are instant.
What video formats are supported for upload?
MP4, MOV, and WebM. For photos: JPG, PNG, and WebP — up to 20 photos for a slideshow.
Can I use my own music?
Yes. In Phase 1, upload any MP3 or WAV file to add as background audio. If you skip this, the exported video will be silent.
How does the AI caption generation work?
You type a short description of your content in Phase 3, then click Generate. The AI produces platform-specific captions — hashtag-heavy for Instagram and TikTok, concise for Twitter, professional for LinkedIn. You can edit them before copying.
Why can Instagram Reels only be 90 seconds?
Instagram enforces a 90-second limit on Reels. The tool warns you if your trim range exceeds this and locks the maximum accordingly.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, on Chrome and Safari on modern iPhones and Android devices. The video engine requires SharedArrayBuffer support, which is available in recent mobile browsers.
