Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Overview

This website (aisolve.io) describes Awaaz, an after-hours call intake and dispatch service made by AIsolve for commercial kitchen equipment service companies. AIsolve is a sole proprietorship operated by Mukesh. By using the site you agree to the terms below. Use of the Awaaz service itself is governed by a separate pilot or service agreement signed with your company.

The pilot program

Pilot participation is limited and subject to selection. The pilot deposit, scope, and cancellation terms are stated on the pilot page and confirmed in writing before any payment. You can cancel at any time as described in your pilot agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site — no scraping at abusive volume, probing for vulnerabilities, or misrepresenting your identity when contacting us. When using the Awaaz service, you are responsible for complying with telephone-recording, SMS-consent, and consumer-notification laws that apply in your operating region.

Intellectual property

The website design, branding, and content are owned by AIsolve. “Awaaz” and “AIsolve” are our marks. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use them.

No warranties

The website is provided “as is.” Product descriptions reflect current capabilities and pilot scope, which may change. Specific commitments — uptime, response times, features — are made only in a signed agreement, not on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIsolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to the Awaaz service is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
