Overview
AIsolve — a sole proprietorship operated by Mukesh — makes Awaaz, an after-hours call intake and dispatch service for commercial kitchen equipment service companies. This site (aisolve.io) is a marketing website: it describes the product and gives you ways to contact us or apply for the pilot. This policy explains what data the website handles, and — at a high level — what the Awaaz service handles for pilot customers.
What this website collects
Browsing this site does not require an account and does not involve any forms that store data on our servers. When you contact us or apply for the pilot, you do so by email — the information you choose to send (your name, company, technician count, equipment types) goes to our inbox and is used only to respond to you and evaluate pilot fit.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (page views, referrers) to understand which pages are useful. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the font files.
Data handled by the Awaaz service
For pilot customers, Awaaz answers service calls on your behalf. In doing so it processes call audio, transcripts, caller phone numbers, the equipment details and photos a caller provides, and the SMS messages sent to callers and technicians. This data is collected to build and deliver dispatch packets to your team, is shared only with the telephony and messaging providers needed to operate the service, and is retained under the terms of your pilot agreement. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Call recording
Where calls are recorded or transcribed, the pilot customer is responsible for ensuring callers are notified as required in their jurisdiction. Awaaz supports playing a disclosure at the start of a call.
Third-party services
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. The Awaaz service uses established telephony, messaging, and cloud infrastructure providers to answer calls, send SMS, and store service records. Each provider operates under its own privacy and data-handling terms.
Your choices
You can browse this site without providing any personal data. If you have emailed us and would like your information deleted, ask and we will remove it. Pilot customers can request export or deletion of their service data under their agreement.
